Reiki master, Acupuncturist, Naturopath and Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine, Mahesh has over 29 years experience as a healer in the complementary health profession. In India, he practised as a G.P. in the hospitals of New Delhi. He completed his Acupuncture and Naturopath degree in Australia from the Melbourne College of Natural Medicine.

Mahesh completed his Reiki Master Degree in India from Institute of Joyful Living and practiced in the Himalayas. He feels passionate about combining Ayurvedic Medicine with Reiki and Acupuncture, three ancient art of healing systems on the physical and spiritual levels. He believes in helping people to achieve their ultimate goal of emotional and physical balance.

Mahesh is a registered member of Chinese Medicine Board of Victoria (as everybody should know Acupuncture is registered in Victoria). He is also provisional member of AACMA (Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association) and a Practitioner Member of AAA (Australasian Association of Ayurveda) in Australia. He is also a registered member of ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society).

Mahesh has been practicing all these three ancient healing systems in Malvern East (Melbourne) since Dec. 2000 from Jaima-Heart of Healing Holistic Medical Centre.

Trained in various modalities, I specialise in remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, sports massage, relaxation massage, dry-needling and functional cupping. Each session is tailored to individual needs through orthopaedic testing and in-depth history taking, ensuring a personalised experience aimed at providing an effective and lasting treatment.

Beyond massage, I integrate holistic approaches such as aromatherapy, mindfulness techniques, and personalised wellness plans to support my clients on their healing path. Dr Lauren comes from a long line of chiropractors, having been adjusted and checked from just a few hours old. Her love for chiropractic has grown from her environment and having seen the benefits of the adjustment firsthand. Recognising that chiropractic helps empower others to achieve their health and wellbeing goals, is always gratifying. Balance and the removal of interference to a person’s functioning system is key to overall wellbeing. Lauren has a strong focus on providing care to the whole family, from newborn bubs to grandparents having completed further studies in the adjusting and care for the paediatric age group. Her values around exercise and balance lead to her focus on whole body adjusting. She has also been involved in numerous local AFL and netball teams, using her skills to help them reach their highest potential. Lauren’s approach is gentle but specific, encouraging and promoting health. With her down-to-earth approach, she is keen to assist you in your health journey in every aspect of life including exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Sarah graduated from her Masters in Clinical Chiropractic in 2012 from RMIT. Since then, she has been working out in the Macedon Ranges, seeing and adjusting people who range from the day they were born, to those well into their 90’s.

Sarah grew up attending regular chiropractic appointments with her parents who sought out help for their many ailments over the time. It included things like low back pain and headaches, and her father had regular adjustments for his shoulder and neck complaints which seemed to be from a combination of his desk job and his passion of golf.

Year 10 work experience is where Sarah concreted her decision in to become a Chiropractor. She witnessed a pregnant women and a baby get adjusted in her time observing and from there wanted to know everything Chiropractic can do to help them.

Since 2012, Sarah has been able to live out her curiosity and dream of adjusting and helping hundreds of pregnant women, babies and families.

Sarah lives on the Mornington Peninsula with her husband Liam, where they spend their time going for walks on the beach, going out to all the numerous incredible places around here for food & coffee and enjoy spending time with their amazing friends and family.

Georgia was first introduced to Chiropractic by a friend while studying myotherapy. While practicing myotherapy in private practice and with several professional sports teams, Georgia decided to further her training and become a Chiropractor.

Georgia has been working on the peninsula since graduating from RMIT in 2012 and along with her husband Troy, soon moved to the peninsula where they have loved living ever since. Georgia is recently enjoying being back in practice more regularly after having 2 boys, Luca and Edison.

As a Chiropractor, Georgia really enjoys seeing women during pregnancy and checking little bubs. She also loves seeing kids of all ages reach their full potential and has a special interest in neurological development as children grow and develop.

Since graduating from RMIT in 2004, Troy has worked in several practices around Victoria and locumed throughout Australia. Troy’s family have been receiving regular chiropractic care since he was a few days old. Subsequently, he has a thorough understanding of just how chiropractic helps in growing up to live a natural, healthy and active life.

In practice, Troy is passionate about allowing people of all ages to live a happy and healthy life and to reach their optimum health potential. He loves taking care of families over many generations with a focus particular focus on school aged children.

Brooke discovered her passion for Osteopathy during her 26 years of tennis training and 10 years of tennis coaching. She loves treating sports injuries, but also thoroughly enjoys treating the general population from growing children to busy parents. Whether it be facilitating a return to sport or a hobby, reducing pain levels or just improving quality of life, she has the tools to do it!

Her varied experience has seen her work in regional Victoria (Echuca), eastern suburbs of Melbourne, London and many Aboriginal communities, with a natural ability to connect with and understand a patient’s health concerns.

As such, Brooke has developed a keen interest in a few different areas that she feels will complement her osteopathic treatments. She has completed certificates in nutrition for mental health, functional breathwork, pelvic health and rehab and performance thus far and will continue to undertake further studies moving forward.
